Rome Man Arrested After Breaking Into Marcy Home

A Rome man is behind bars following a three-month long investigation by State Police.

Authorities say Louis Cosimeno, 23, of Rome, is charged with felony burglary after allegedly breaking into a home on Route 291 in Marcy.

Cosimeno was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $15,000 bail.
