Rome Man Arrested On Sex Abuse Charges

A Rome man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a person under the age of 17 in the City of Rome.

State Police have charged 61-year old Ralph Marshall with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Marshall was arraigned in Rome Court and sent to the Oneida County jail without bail.

The victim was offered services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
