Rome Man Charged Following Domestic Dispute

A Rome man has been arrested on felony charges following a domestic dispute.

Rome Police say 43-year old Dennis Goodwin fled the scene on Floyd Avenue before officers arrived.  Goodwin was later located in Utica and turned over to Rome Police.

Goodwin is charged with burglary and criminal contempt.

Police say other charges are pending.
