Rome Man Charged With DWI And Drug Possession

Verona, NY (WIBX) - A Rome man was arrested for drug possession and DWI.

26-Year old Justin Ball was stopped for allegedly speeding. State Police smelled alcohol and marijuana on Ball and the car.

An open container of alcohol and pot were found in the car. A state trooper is said to have clocked Ball going one hundred miles per hour in a 55 mph zone.

He was arrested and charged with speeding, DWI, driving while driving, possession, and driving with a suspended license.
