Rome Man Charged With Sexually Abusing Several Victims

A Rome man is accused of having sexual contact with several victims over a four-year period.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says Robert Porter is facing several charges, including predatory sexual assault against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

The arrest was the result of a six-month investigation.

All of the alleged incidents took place in Rome.

The victims have been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center.
