Rome Man Facing Rape Charge

An investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has led to the arrest of a Rome man.

28-year old Antonio Gualandi is charged with rape.

Investigators say Gualandi allegedly had sex with a girl under the age of 17 in Rome.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
