Rome Man Facing Sex Charges

A Rome man was arrested on sex offense charges following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

19-year old Nori Powell is charged with two counts of sex abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

The victim has been offered conseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
