Rome Man Killed In One Car Crash

A Rome man was killed in a one-car crash on Lamphear Road in Rome on Saturday afternoon.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 91-year old Petro Oleniuch lost control of his vehicle, which left the road and hit a mailbox and a tree.

Oleniuch was taken to Rome Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
