Two people are facing felony drug charges after Rome Police say they uncovered a one pot 'meth lab' inside a vehicle during a traffic stop.

Police say the officer observed items commonly used in the production of methamphetamine inside the vehicle, and recognized the vehicle's passenger as being wanted on a bench warrant in Rome City Court. The traffic stop occurred Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of West Dominick Street and Erie Boulevard, police said.

The New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team was called to the scene to secure the alleged meth making materials, according to Rome police.

Dustin Conway, 20, of Camden and Annmarie Guglielmo, 20 of Lee Center are each charged with manufacturing meth, a Class D felony. Police say Guglielmo had an outstanding arrest warrant, as well.

Conway faces an additional charge after being found in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine while he was being booked on the original charge, police said.
