Rome Teacher Charged With Inappropriately Touching Child

A teacher at Strough Middle School in Rome has been arrested following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

52-year old Mark Bratge of Rome is accused of having inappropriate physical contact with a child under the age of 17 on November 12th.

Bratge is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

The child was offered services through the Advocacy Center and an order of protection will be requested through the court.
