Rome Teen Charged With Sending Nude Photos To A Minor

A Rome teen has been arrested for allegedly sending nude photos to a minor.

18-year old Dakota Kiley is charged with disseminating indecent material to a minor, a felony.

State Police say Kiley sent nude photos to a minor under the age of 17 while attempting to engage the minor in sexual contact.

Police say the incidents occurred during the end of July to the beginning of August in Rome.

The victim was offered services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
