Rome Woman Accused Of Using Stolen Credit Card
A Rome woman has been arrested following a month-long investigation by State Police into the theft and unauthorized use of a credit card.
Investigators say 32-year old Codi Kennedy allegedly used a stolen credit card to make purchases totaling over $3,000. Police says she also provided a false written statement during the investigation.
Kennedy is facing several charges, including grand larceny and identity theft and making a punishable false written statement.
She was arraigned and sent to the Oneida County Jail on $5,000 bail.
