Rome Woman Charged With Criminal Sex Act

A Rome woman has been arrested and charged with criminal sexual act.
The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says the alleged incident involving 20-year old Myisha Cummings and a 14-year old girl took place last summer.
An order of protection was requested for the victim against Cummings.
The victim has been offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.
