Rome Woman Competes In Shooting World Championships

A Rome woman who's a member of the Sitrin STARS program is competing in the International Paralympic Committee World Shooting Championships in Suhl, Germany.

Tammy Delano is one of three female athletes to represent the United States in the competition, which is taking place today through July 26th.

As a prospect for the 2016 U.S. Paralympic Team, Delano has been a resident athlete at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs since March.

In May, Delano won gold in the Falling Target event at the World Cup in Szczecin, Poland.
