Rome Woman Faces Felony Charges

A four-month investigation by New Hartford Police has led to the arrest of Rome woman on felony charges.

37-year old Mary Snow Titus is accused of stealing about $5,000 worth of merchandise from several stores in New Hartford by writing nine check on a closed banking accounts.

The alleged thefts took place from July through September of this year.

She's facing charges including grand larceny and scheme to defraud.
