Two Rome Women Arrested For Stealing From Rome Wal-Mart

Rome, NY (WIBX) - Two Rome women are facing petit larceny charges after attempting to steal merchandise from the Rome Wal-Mart.
Oneida County Sheriff Rob Maciol says Amy Tennant, 34, and Jamie Thompson, 35, entered the Wal-Mart Sunday afternoon, at around two.
The Sheriff says Tennant and Thompson were caught by Wal-Mart Loss Prevention associates after attempting to steal video games valued at $767.21.
The two were issued appearance tickets to the City of Rome Court.
