Rome Woman Arrested On Burglary Charges

A Rome woman has been arrested on charges of 2nd degree burglary.

Rome Police arrested Yvonne Carpernter-Joslyn, 24, after an investigation found that she allegedly stole jewelry from a Henry Street home.

Carpenter-Joslyn is being held in Rome police lockup.
