Roscoe Conkling Park Arrests Spark Slew Of Comments

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The weekend arrest of a dozen men ranging in age from forty-seven to seventy-nine at Roscoe Conkling Park is sparking hundreds of comments on the Utica Police Department's Facebook page.

An undercover investigation over the span of several weeks resulted in the arrests of the men listed below for charges that included allegedly committing at least one of the following: public lewdness, harassment, or exposure:

• William Wililams, Whitesboro Street, Yorkville
• George Brockett, Steuben Hill Road, Herkimer
• Joseph Aiello, Lansing Street, Utica
• Robert Havranek, Waterford Street, New Hartford
• Richard Emmert, Bolton Road, New Hartford
• Timothy Wissenbach, Noyes Street, Utica
• Patrick Murray, Old Oneida Road, Rome
• Francis Grippe, Main Street, Frankfort
• Michael Leary, Jones Road, Sauquoit
• Craig Hood, Sunset Avenue, Utica
