Russian Security Service Offers $50 Million Reward for Info on Downed Plane
The Russian security service is offering a $50 million reward for information on who downed a plane in Egypt last month according to the Associated Press.Multiple agenices are now reporting that FSB Security chief Alexander Bortnikov told Russian President Vladimir Putin that a homemade bomb placed on board was responsible for the mid-air explosion over the Sinai Peninsula.
All 224 people on board the plane were killed.
