Ruth And Elmer Wellin Museum Opens At Hamilton College This Week

Clinton, NY (WIBX) – The only museum housed on the campus of Hamilton College opens this week.
The Ruth and Elmer Wellin Museum of Art celebrates its grand opening during Fallcoming, beginning this Friday evening, October 5th.
Museum Director Tracy Adler says the setting and buzz are fitting and the staff is honored to be a part of the historic event.

Adler says the museum’s opening marks “…the fulfillment of a wish of many, many people.” She adds that it makes a big difference to those, especially students, who have not had exposure to the arts before coming to Hamilton.
