Safe Child ID Cards Available This Weekend

Wampsville, NY (WIBX) – Less than two minutes is all it takes to make the children in your life just a little safer.
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is announcing its Safe Child ID Card event taking place this upcoming Saturday, May 19, 2012.
From 10:00am to 2:00pm children can receive free identification cards at the Madison County Public Safety Building located on the Madison County Complex, North Court Street in Wampsville, New York.
The cards contain basic biographical information about the child including date of birth, gender, current height and weight, hair color, eye color, and fingerprints. The information collected is stored by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services.
