Sangerfield Man Facing Weapons Charge

A Sangerfield man is facing charges following a traffic stop on Main Street in Waterville.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 57-year old Darrel Kahler was driving on a suspended driver's license and was allegedly in possession of a rifle.

Kahler was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon after it was discovered he had prior criminal convictions. He's also facing several vehicle and traffic violations.
