Schumer Warns of Exploding Cell Phone Batteries

New York Senator Charles Schumer is warning about exploding cell phone batteries.

Schumer says there have been 60 incidents in the last two years where batteries have caught fire or exploded.

He says the batteries in most cases have been knock-offs or counterfeits made in China.

Schumer is urging the Consumer Products Safety Commission to investigate.
