Second Arrest Made In Chittenango Bank Robbery

State Police have made a second arrest in the robbery of the Oneida Savings Bank in Chittenango earlier this week.

22-year old Alyssa Boswell of Canastota has been charged with robbery.

Police say Boswell was an accomplice in the robbery that happened on Tuesday afternoon.

22-year old Alicia Lohr of Oneida was arrested yesterday and charged with robbery and criminal possession of  a controlled substance.
