Utica Police have arrested a second suspect in a shots fired incident that happened last week on Clinton Place.

46-year old Corey Harrison of New York Mills was taken into custody by members of the UPD and U.S. Marshal's NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force.

Harrison was charged with menacing.

Police also arrested 47-year old Frank Ellis for allegedly threatening two people inside the home with a shotgun and firing a shot that hit a wall.

Ellis was wanted for a homicide in the Bronx.
