A second arrest has been made in connection with an investigation into stolen property and evidence tampering.

State police say they arrested Tanya Stisi, 29, of Rome after it was discovered that she allegedly gave Nancy Stewart stolen property to sell at local pawn shops.

Police say Stisi was given property stolen from several Central New York Counties to dispose of and sell in exchange for money from the thieves.

Stisi was sent to the Oneida county jail on $15,000 bail.
