Seventh Word Of Life Defendant Appears In Oneida County Court

Another Word of Life Church defendant was in Oneida County Court this morning.

Joseph Irwin appeared before Judge Michael Dwyer.

No oral arguments were made by either side and Irwin will be back in court on May 2nd for hearings.

Irwin is the seventh defendant to appear in court this week.

As he has during this week's previous court proceedings, McNamara once again told the judge his office is ready to go to trial in the case.

Bruce Leonard, the father of Lucas and Christopher Leonard, will be in court on Wednesday.
