Seward Offers Help To Hard Hit Areas In His District

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Senator James L. Seward says his office stands ready to help anyone affected by Hurricane Irene. Seward says FEMA's quick decision to approve federal disaster aid for hard hit areas, will allow other emergency management agencies to assist families and communities that have suffered significant losses. He says two of the hardest hit areas are in his district.
