Sex Offender Accused Of Sending Indecent Material To A Minor

A level two registered sex offender currently on probation and living in Utica has been arrested for allegedly sending indecent material to a minor.

20-year old Michael Klockowski is charged with one count of disseminating indecent material to a minor and two counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center began an investigation after Klockowski was found in the home of a 12-year old girl and arrested by Utica Police for criminal trespass.

Klockowski is being held in the County Jail without bail

The investigation is continuing and the victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
