A Trenton man has been charged with violation of State sex offender laws for the second time in two weeks.

According to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, Mark Barrows, 40, was charged with failure to register a photograph update and issued an appearance ticket to Whitestown Criminal court.

Barrows later logged on to the Child Advocacy Center's Facebook page and made comments about his arrest.

Because of the Facebook activity, police determined that Barrows had an email account that was not on file with the state sex offender registry - which is a felony.

Barrows was charged with failure to register internet details and sent to the Oneida County Jail on $10,000 bail.
