Sex Offenders Asked To Display “No Candy” Signs

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Once again this Halloween, the Utica Police Department has distributed fliers to 90 level 3 sex offenders living in Utica.
The sex offenders are being asked to display the poster that reads "No Candy at This Residence" in their window.

Parents are being reminded to tell their children to avoid the homes while trick or treating.
