Shelter Reduces Adoption Fee Due To Overcrowding
Utica, NY (WIBX) – The Stevens-Swan Humane Society is reducing the price of cat adoptions due to overcrowding. Jerry Kraus, spokesperson for the non-profit group says cat overcrowding has been a problem at the shelter for some time now, and is reaching out to the public for help. The Society is offering all cat and kitten adoptions at $50 each, or two for $80.
