A traffic stop on Route 12 in Trenton has resulted in felony DWI charges after the driver was found to be intoxicated with four child passengers in his vehicle.

Gary Guertin, of Croghan, NY, was stopped Sunday evening by an Oneida County Sheriff's Deputy. He was found to be intoxicated and was traveling with four children in his vehicle - aged 9 through 16 - deputies said.

The 62-year-old Guerting faces charges of DWI, 3 felony charges under Leandra's Law, along with four charges of endangering the welfare of a child. He's being held on $10,000 bail in the Oneida County Jail.
