Speed, snow, and a deer are being blamed for an accident with an injury in Westmoreland.
34-Year old Whitesboro resident Glenn Larish, II was brought to St. Luke's Hospital after hitting a deer on West South Street at around 11:00 last night.
Larish was driving eastbound when a deer crossed in front of him. He successfully avoided the deer but lost control of his car. He hit a tree off the side of the road.

He did receive a traffic ticket for speed not reasonable for the conditions.
