Shooting At High School Graduation Party

At least one person is injured but he is apparently not cooperating with police after shots were fired at a party over the weekend.

On Saturday, June 22, 2013, Utica Police were called to a high school graduation party at 1500 West Street in Utica.

28-Year old Robert “Gunz” Lindo of Steuben Street was found to be shot in the leg.  His injury is thought to be non-life threatening.  Police say that Lindo is not answering questions about the incident.

Shell casings from two different guns were found.  Police say they also found a bullet hole in a building by the Johnson Park Center.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is continuing.
