Shots Fired Near Deja Vu Bar in Utica

An investigation is taking place into a report of shots fired outside a bar in Utica this morning.

It happened at about two o'clock on Sunday, May 25, 2014 at the Deja Vu Bar and Lounge located at 20 Bank Place.  Police say they found several used bullet shell casings at the scene but nothing else.

Police are asking for your help identifying a suspect in the shooting incident.  He is described as a black male in his mid thirties.  He is said to have left the scene in a gray-colored four-door Nissan sedan.
