Marcy, NY (WIBX) - Roger Clemens was acquitted on charges that he lied to Congress about using performance-enhancing steroids.  Some say, however, that his reputation is tarnished and he will not be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Next year is the first that Clemens will be on the Hall of Fame ballot.  Few think that he will garner the seventy-five percent of votes to win induction because of the scandal.
