Should Tax Free Zones Become “Tax Free NY?”

Governor Andrew Cuomo is designating tax free zones around SUNY campuses around the state.  Some business owners are taking issue with that, saying that the governor needs to do more for all business owners, not just new business owners who moved into designated tax free zones.

Should New York become tax free?  If so, from where does new revenue come?
