Sergeant Bowe Berdahl is headed home, and all say that they are happy for Berdahl and his family.

What all are not happy about is the exchange of prisoners that was made to secure the release of Berdahl, who has been held captive for almost five years in Afghanistan.

Five allegedly high-ranking Taliban operatives were released to the custody of the government of Qatar in exchange for Berdahl's release.  While there are those who question the veracity of the rank of the five Guantanamo prisoners released, there are just as many who say that Bergdahl was a deserter, who ventured off of the base in Afghanistan when he was taken prisoner.

Additionally there are those in the global community who are asserting that President Obama violated international law when he negotiated with Islamist militants to facilitate Bergdahl's release.
