Should this ‘Meth’ Video Have Been Made? [Video]

This video is making the rounds of a man with his child in a department store video taping a woman who seemed to be quite erratic.  He speaks in the video and says to his son, "This is why you don't do meth."

While the video is interesting and there's really no proof that the woman was on drugs; I ask the question: "Why would you want your child to be close to such an unpredictable and possibly dangerous situation?"
