A doctor in New York City is the latest person to test positive for Ebola.

Dr. Craig Spencer was feeling just fine after a recent trip to Guinea where he treated Ebola patients.  Other than fatigue, he said that he was symptom-free until yesterday. As soon as he realized that he was possibly displaying symptoms of Ebola he called 911.

Spencer has since tested positive for the virus and many are asking whether he should have self-quarantined upon his return.  Instead the doctor was in contact with several people, took several subways, a cab, and went bowling.

Should those returning from affected countries self-quarantine for a certain period of time?
