Sidewalk Art Contest Begins Next Week

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Fourth Annual Oneida County Youth Bureau Sidewalk Art Contest starts next week.

Children in four different age categories will be able to draw positive scenes on a single sidewalk slab with chalk. Winners will compete in the finals on July 19, 2012 in front of the Pratt Institute at Munson Williams Proctor.

Oneida County Youth Bureau Director Bob Roth says it's an event that puts a smile on your face.
