Sisters Arrested After Investigation At Sears
New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - New Hartford Police have arrested two sisters from Utica following an investigation
at the Sears store in the Sangertown Mall.
18-year old Quinnetta Lilley and 16-year old Kerri Rucker are accused of conspiring
to steal several items from the store.
Police say Lilley, who worked at Sears, failed to scan several items being purchased
by her sister.
Lilley was also found to have deleted several items from the cash register record that had
been initially rung up.
The total value of the merchandise was about $250.
Lilley and Rucker were charged with petty larceny and Lilley was also charged with falsifying
