Snow Emergency Declared In Utica [UPDATE]

A Snow Emergency has been declared in the City of Utica.

It will go into effect at 10:00 tonight and will remain in effect until further notice.  All vehicles must be off city streets.

Vehicles left on the street after 10:00 will will be subject to ticketing and towing.

Updated 9:09 A.M. - The snow emergency has been lifted.
