Snow Emergency In Utica

A Snow Emergency has been declared in the City of Utica.

It will go into effect at 10:00 tonight and will remain in effect until further notice.

Vehicles left on city streets after 10:00 are subject to ticketing and towing at the owner's expense.

There is also a Snow Emergency in the Village of Frankfort, effective at 7:00 tonight.

And all vehicles must be off the streets in the Village of Ilion by 8:00.

A number of schools are dismissing early and canceling after school activities.
