Solid Waste Authority Expans List Of Recyclables

Utica, NY (WIBX) – The Oneida Herkimer Solid Waste Authority is expanding its list of recyclable items.

Residents and businesses can now recycle ALL plastic bottles and containers, with the exception of Styrofoam and motor oil containers.

The bottles and containers should be emptied and rinsed with their lids left on.

They can then be mixed with other recyclable items like paper, metal and glass and placed loose in designated recycling containers.
