Sponsor A Veteran For Heart Run/Walk

Utica, NY (WIBX) -  The Utica Center for Development - CNY Veteran's Outreach Center is looking for people to sponsor a veteran for America's Greatest Heart Run and Walk.

Agency Development Coordinator Emillie Law says the group has had a team in the past, but this year would like to include veteran's from the community.

"We have a lot of volunteers and a lot of people who come into our cafe who are veterans and really want to get involved and do something together in the community as veterans. But they don't really always have the money to do so."

The cost is $25, which covers the cost of registration for America's Greatest Heart Run and Walk coming up on March 5th.
