Ilie Nastase

Profession: Retired Tennis Player
Best Known For: With a fiery temper and an inclination to entertain as he played, Romanian Ilie Nastase was the world’s No. 1 ranked tennis player from August of 1973 to June of 1974. Nastase won 87 men’s singles titles, including the 1972 U.S. Open and the 1974 French Open. He was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in 1991.

Teresa Edwards
Age: 48
Profession: Retired WNBA Player
Best Known For: One of the best women’s basketball players of all time, Teresa Edwards won gold medals in 1984, 1988, 1996 and 2000 and a bronze in 1992 as part of the U.S. National Team. Edwards was a two-time All-American at Georgia in the early 1980s. She later played in the WNBA with the Minnesota Lynx in 2003 and 2004.

Stuart Scott
Age: 47
Profession: Sportscaster
Best Known For: A recognizable face in the cast of ESPN personalities who have become as well known as the athletes they cover, Stuart Scott has served as a sportscaster on the 24-hour sports network since 1993. He is credited with popularizing phrases like ‘Boo-yah!’ and ‘..as cool as the other side of the pillow’ on sports highlights.

LeRoy Butler
Age: 44
Profession: Retired NFL Player / Analyst
Best Known For: A four-time Pro Bowl defensive back, LeRoy Butler played with the Green Bay Packers from 1990 to 2001. Butler is credited with inventing the ‘Lambeau Leap’ — the Packers’ touchdown celebration featuring the player who scored leaping into the stands behind the end zone of Lambeau Field. He was a member of the Packers’ team that won Super Bowl XXXI. Butler was named to the NFL’s 1990s All-Decade Team.

Vitali Klitschko
Age: 41
Profession: Boxer
Best Known For: A giant of a man at 6’7″ tall, Vitali Klitschko is the World Boxing Council heavyweight champion. With a professional record of 44-2, Klitschko has never been knocked down in a professional fight. His two losses — to Chris Byrd and Lennox Lewis — were each because of injuries that prevented Klitschko from finishing the fights. His younger brother, Wladimir, is the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO and IBO heavyweight champ. The brothers have never fought each other in the ring.

Rick Ankiel
Age: 33
Profession: MLB Player
Best Known For: Rick Ankiel plays outfield for the Washington Nationals. Selected in the second round of the 1997 MLB Draft for his pitching abilities, Ankiel has played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Kansas City Royals, Atlanta Braves and Nationals. After his promising pitching career was derailed in 2001 by control problems that prevented him from consistently throwing strikes, often causing him to throw extremely wild pitches, Ankiel converted to the outfield in 2005.
