St. Elizabeth Nurse Receives Trauma Award

Utica, NY – A nurse at Saint Elizabeth Medical Center has received the New York State Trauma Coordinator of Distinction of Award.
Filomain Talerico, R.N., M.S., is responsible for the hospital’s annual Trauma Symposium and for coordinating trauma preparedness throughout the region.
The award is especially noteworthy since the Trauma Service at St. Elizabeth is celebrating its 25th year.
