Stanley Theater Hires New Executive Director

Following a national search, the Stanley Theater in Utica has hired a new Executive Director.

Lisa Wilsey will take over the position on March 1st.

The Stanley Theater’s Board President Steve Zogby said, “We are very fortunate and excited to have someone of Ms. Wilsey’s experience and caliber that is ready to lead The Stanley. Her experience with corporate marketing and event management will help her implement our Board’s strategy to keep The Stanley vibrant and successful in the future

Wilsey will succeed Jerry Kraus, who's retiring after serving as the Stanley's Executive Director since June of 2013.

“I am honored and excited to lead The Stanley Theater”, said Wilsey. “The Stanley is an iconic venue and I look forward to working closely with the Board of Directors to continue its cultural and civic significance here in Utica and beyond.”
